Oceanfront views from the balcony were stunning. The tennis court was in poor condition and hard to access. We loved the spacious two-bedroom units. Staff responsiveness varied, which was frustrating at times.

Landmark Holiday Beach was perfect for my business trip. The two-bedroom townhouse was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a full kitchen that allowed me to prepare meals efficiently. The work area was suitable for meetings, and the beach access provided a refreshing break after a long day. The staff was responsive to my needs, which added to the positive experience.

The bathrooms could use some updates.

great beach access and parks for lovely city strolls

I recently stayed in a three-bedroom suite that was just a minute from the beach and a pleasant walk to Aaron Bessant Park, which made for some relaxing afternoon strolls after exploring the city. the area had plenty of restaurants nearby, including Coconuts Restaurant just a few steps away for a convenient bite to eat when we didn't want to venture far.

The two-bedroom townhouse was pretty spacious, which was nice for our family. However, the couch was really saggy, and you could feel the springs when you sat on it. The beds were creaky and the pillows could’ve been better too. The kitchen was okay, but not fully stocked for serious cooking. Still, the beach access was great, so we spent most of our time outside anyway.

We had a nice time here! The two-bedroom unit was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. Loved the double balcony and the easy beach access. Staff was super friendly, and having a washer/dryer in the unit was a lifesaver. Just wish the parking was a bit better around the resort, but we managed.

A Cozy Getaway with Room for Improvement

Enjoyed our 2-night stay in a one-bedroom townhouse. The staff worked hard to ensure our comfort, especially at the onsite restaurant where we indulged in excellent breakfast options. Fresh beach chairs are available for rent—definitely worth it for beach access! I recommend bringing beach towels.

Gorgeous views and perfect location! Loved relaxing on the balcony—nothing beats the ocean breeze while sipping a cocktail. The two-bedroom townhouse had a lovely setup with plenty of space for family fun.

The carpets must have been trained to start a dirt collection! I felt like I needed to wear shoes inside—yikes!

The beach was stunning, and we loved playing volleyball and tennis. The spacious condo was perfect for our group. Just note, if you encounter any issues, be proactive with maintenance since sometimes it takes a bit for them to respond.

We had some trouble with upkeep. The kitchen timer for hot water was quite annoying and disrupted our sleep at night.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, beach access, and the fitness center. The staff once helped me return my forgotten earpods, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

The private bathroom was functional, and the balcony offered great views over the Gulf of Mexico. Direct beach access made it easy to enjoy the sand without crossing any roads.
